About The Role
Trattoria Da Luigi, an Italian family-owned business in the heart of Downtown Royal Oak, MI, is seeking bussers to join our team. As a busser, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a dedicated team of professionals who are committed to providing our guests with exceptional service. No prior experience is necessary, and we welcome candidates who are at least 16 years old.
Responsibilities:
Clearing and resetting tables
Assisting servers & bartenders as needed
Keeping the dining room clean and organized
Working with management and hosts to ensure timely table turnover
Requirements:
No experience necessary - we will train you!
Minimum age of 16 years old
Ability to work evenings (2-11pm)
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Uniform requirement (black shirt, black pants, and apron)
What to expect:
Hourly wage of $10 plus tips
